YOGA
for women who like to belly dance

Taught by Andrea Perkins, this two hour yoga class will will start out with yin style yoga, which is very beneficial for joints and connective tissues. After that, get ready for yummy hip openers and kick-but core strengtheners. Andrea only teaches these Yoga for Bellydance classes a couple a couple of times a year so don't miss out! Students will be given an idea of things they can do on their own to increase their body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Yoga mats will be provided, but if you need props such as blocks or straps, please bring them along. Some props will be provided as well, but we may not have enough for everyone. Thanks!
