Balancing Workshop
with Stacey Nolan

This two hour workshop will introduce students of all levels to the basic concepts of balancing. If you don't have a sword, never fear! You are welcome to bring baskets or even pillows. Learning to balance while dancing will greatly improve your isolations, and besides it is tons of fun! Our resident sword specialist and acrobat Stacey will drill basic balancing exercizes, as well as some fun, funky combos. If you haven't seen Stacey perform her sword solo before, make sure to go to You Tube and search under
"Dandasha Dance Co."
Bring knee pads, as there may be some very gentle floor work.
