Yin Yoga & Shimmies with Lauryn Yin Yoga is a slow but intense yoga practice. In Yin poses are held for several minutes to release deep beyond the muscles as it targets the connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and even bones. After this practice, witness the effects of the qualities of your shimmies. Some will notice shimmies becoming bigger, better, & more loose. Starting out with some delicious hip-opening yin poses as well as some stretching and strengthening for the low back.
